Blue pt.II

By Annie E.M

The moon like a punctured lung,

suffocates the sky to black,

spilling its moonlight,

born of incandescence,

onto the plain fields,

where green grass turns blue,

and where my memories of you,

also birthed by incandescence, do too.

Sadness always knocks before

keeping you company.
